On November 8, 2017, EUCLID coupled the inauguration of its new headquarters secretariat in Bangui, hosted at the Ecole Nationale d’Administration et de Magistrature (ENAM), with the graduation ceremony for Charles Armel Doubane, current Minister of Foreign Affairs. A EUCLID student since 2012, the Minister successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in August on the subject: “MULTILATERAL UNIVERSITIES AS A STRATEGIC SOLUTION TO A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE: DIPLOMATIC PRACTICE AND A PROPOSAL FOR THE CENTRAL AFRICA SUB-REGION.”
